We ship to our customers with the understanding they want fresh ready to use product. Our frozen foods may arrive thawed and cold to your door. If you wish to receive product frozen we will be happy to ship overnight or with dry ice (depending on the size of the order and destination) for an additional charge determined by the size of the order. We offer both refrigerated and non- refrigerated products. In an effort to save our customers shipping expense, and have the product arrive in it's best possible state; we may ship in separate boxes and by different avenues.
We Ship Monday thru Wednesday only, except when overnight shipping is requested.
Our policy return is 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods such as food or plants are exempt from being returned. If food comes with damaged packing, or spoiled we will be happy to either credit or replace the product. We will request photos of the damaged product to forward to the package carrier as packages may be insured.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return/photos are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
